Can cat angular cheilitis heal itself?

Angular cheilitis in cats cannot usually heal itself, except for those with mild symptoms or strong immune systems. It is recommended to treat angular cheilitis with a combination of antibiotics and vitamins. After cleaning the affected skin of the cat, apply antibacterial and anti-inflammatory creams or sprays, give oral or injectable antibiotic drugs, and supplement with appropriate amounts of vitamin B to promote wound healing.
