Teddy Dog's Personality and Features
The main characteristics of a Teddy dog's personality are intelligence, gentleness, liveliness (especially before one year old), obedience, being clingy, and having a good temperament. They are easily affectionate with humans and considered a loyal breed. They are also very agile, intelligent, and elegant, with a square structure, proportional body, and powerful, confident gait. Their overall appearance is medium-sized, with coordinated body movements and distinctive curly hair.
Teddy Dog's Intelligence
Teddy dog's intelligence is relatively high among dogs, ranking second. First, their intelligence is equivalent to that of a 5-6-year-old child, allowing them to understand their owner's tone and differentiate between emotions and behaviors. Third, owners can train Teddy dogs to perform simple tasks, such as jumping hurdles and going to the bathroom at specific times.
How to Train Teddy Dogs
Salute Training: When training the dog to salute, ensure the dog has the ability to sit first. Command the dog to sit and then give the command for a salute. Gently lift the dog's front leg to assume a standing position.
Stop Barking Training: When a dog barks loudly in response to strangers or unusual noises, firmly stop the behavior. Use a determined tone and hand gestures during training. If the dog barks at the sound of activity outside the door, immediately grasp the dog's mouth firmly, and use a very decisive tone to reprimand them.
