There are mainly three reasons for a dog to suddenly bark loudly:

When the dog is feeling hungry, thirsty, or wants the owner's company for playing, it might bark loudly to attract the owner's attention and ask for food and water. The owner should prepare plenty of food and clean water for the dog and spend more time with it.
