What to do if your dog has swollen breasts

If you notice that your dog has swollen breasts, you can help it reduce milk production by feeding it some pork liver or other animal organs. During this period, reduce the amount of nutrition in its diet, and make sure the food you give it is as light as possible to decrease milk secretion. If the swelling is severe or even red and swollen, you can feed your dog penicillin or inject it into the muscle, which will help it reduce milk production.
