Teddy Vomiting
Vomiting is not a minor issue, and it is usually a problem with the stomach and intestines. Occasional vomiting may be due to gastric reflux, but if it is a frequent occurrence, there is definitely a problem with the body. Owners should observe the dog's spirit after vomiting, whether there are any problems with eating, the frequency of vomiting daily, and whether the dog has diarrhea. Early detection and inspection at a pet hospital are necessary. If the vomiting is excessive, consider internal organ issues and perform a biochemical examination.
Teddy Vomiting Due to Food
Canine vomiting caused by food may be due to several reasons. First, excessive consumption of dog food or improper diet leading to indigestion; second, ingestion of foreign objects stimulating the stomach causing vomiting; third, vomiting caused by parasites in the dog's body or gastrointestinal diseases such as gastritis and pancreatitis; fourth, vomiting caused by viral infection in the gastrointestinal tract. It is recommended for owners to bring their dogs to the hospital for examination and treatment.
Teddy Vomiting White Foam
White vomit is usually stomach fluid, and sometimes phlegm can be seen (expectorated). Vomiting is just a symptom, and there are many causes. Common diseases include: excessive stomach fluid secretion caused by irregular diet, stress vomiting caused by motion sickness or taking internal medication, gastritis, heat stroke, infectious diseases, parasitic infections, foreign body obstruction, and digestive gland diseases (mostly pancreatic diseases). According to the progression of the disease, vomit may present as stomach fluid, mixed bile fluid, blood, etc.
What to Do if Teddy Is Caught Cold and Vomits
First, fasting for 24 hours, but continue to provide a small amount of lukewarm water. After the dog finishes the prescribed water volume, give the same amount of water 30 minutes later, but do not do so immediately. If the dog stops vomiting, offer a small amount of easily digestible light fried eggs. If the dog vomits frequently, mix a small amount of brandy in the first meal. If the dog does not vomit after eating, feed it chicken, lean meat, and cooked food. The next day, if everything is fine, feed it a slightly larger amount of normal food, but still keep it small.
