There are many reasons for a cat to sneeze frequently. If the cat only shows the symptom of frequent sneezing without other symptoms, it is mainly considered that there are foreign objects in the nose or the cat is stimulated by certain smells. If the nose is stimulated by foreign objects or smells for a long time, it can easily cause allergic reactions. The main causes include seasonal factors and renovations. It is recommended to bring the cat to a pet hospital for related checks and treatments, and give reasonable anti-allergic treatments when necessary.

Secondly, if the cat not only shows frequent sneezing but also coughing, running nose, and fever, it is mainly considered as a respiratory tract infection. The pathogens that cause respiratory tract infections mainly include bacteria and viruses. Among them, bacterial infections are recommended to use drugs containing doxycycline or amoxicillin clavulanate potassium, and also use drugs containing puerarin and other ingredients.

Viral infections require checking whether the cat is infected with herpesvirus. The clinical symptoms of herpesvirus infection are mainly conjunctivitis and respiratory tract infection. Clinical diagnosis needs to be based on the cat's symptoms and related laboratory tests. There is currently no cure for herpesvirus infection, and it mostly adopts symptomatic treatment, such as controlling secondary infections.
