What to do if your cat can't poop
You can buy lactulose at a nearby pharmacy and give it to your cat at a dose of one milliliter per kilogram of body weight. The next day, the cat should be able to pass stool. If there is still no bowel movement, you need to go to the hospital for X-rays to check if there are any foreign objects causing intestinal obstruction or intussusception. If necessary, surgery and fluid therapy will be performed. Always feed your cat only cat food and limit high-fat foods.
